Why can't I get the link to work?

  • Using a browser other than Internet Explorer
  • Using a tablet or mobile device – must be done on a desktop or laptop
  • You need to have the BC Services App
  • "Share the result of a Completed Criminal Record Check" is selected instead of "Request a New Criminal Record Check"
  • You have not lived in Canada for a minimum of two (2) years
  • You are not 19 years old and/or do not have at least six (6) months of credit history
  • You have attempted the CRC more than twice in 24 hours (the system locks an applicant out after two failed attempts, and they must wait 72 hours before trying again)

Not everyone will be able to use the online system. See MANUAL SUBMISSIONS below.

Why am I being asked for fingerprints?

If you are a male born in the 50's, 60's 70's and the early part of the 80's you will likely be required to submit fingerprints.  Don't ask; it's complicated.

Manual submissions

If you choose manual submission, contact the club's authorized rep for CRC, Dana Koch.  The manual application can only be submitted by the authorized rep.

But I've already done a CRC!

If you feel you have done the CRC and we don't have a record on file, it may be because your application was submitted before our club had our access code set up, and it was sent to Rotary International. Contact Dana Koch -- she will take care of tracking down your application.

The criminal record check results will be sent to Dana Koch, the club secretary, via email.
